Responsibilities
Prepare financial models and forecasts to support organizational decision-making
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the creation of the annual business plans for assets across the portfolio
Occasional travel to properties and conduct site tours
Oversee and track the implementation of capital initiatives
Improve operational processes and create streamlined workflows
Implement turnaround strategies for underperforming assets
Utilize AI to improve workflows and enhance reporting
Qualification
Required
All candidates must have a BA or BS degree from an accredited institution, with preferred degrees in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics or related area
Candidates must possess robust academic qualifications
Strong interest in the real estate and 0-2 years of real estate finance experience
Strong Excel, financial modeling, and finance skills; this will be tested in the interview process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize, and multi-task under pressure
Positive attitude and desire to take ownership of work product
