Responsibilities
Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals. Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics
Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies. Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends
Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects
Optimize cost, streamline processes, and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management, including 5+ years in capability deployment
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and technical acumen
Preferred
Master's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
