Responsibilities
Maintenance and repairs of pools and spas and associated electro-mechanical and water hydraulic systems
Must be knowledgeable in pool/spa water chemistry, OSHA standards for chemical use and local health regulations for pools/spas
All positions may perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent education required, technical degree preferred
Two to three years' experience in maintenance
Must be CPO certified
Strong emphasis in customer service
Exceptional guest recovery skills
Must possess a positive attitude
Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
Preferred
One to two years' experience in a luxury hotel
