Growth Marketing Manager (Hybrid- Austin, TX)

The Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive inbound demand and optimize conversion across the buyer journey, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, and more) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead growth
Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products
Design, manage, and measure full-funnel campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deliver on revenue goals
Use analytics and performance reporting to refine marketing spend, forecast results, and drive continuous improvement
Align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints

Required

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles
Proven track record driving inbound pipeline growth and improving conversion metrics
Strong experience with go-to-market strategy and new product launches
Proficiency with SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content-driven lead generation
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and optimize results
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Preferred

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing highly preferred
