They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Video Specialist to join their Marketing Department in Henderson, NV, focusing on creating engaging digital content to enhance their online presence.

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, staff spotlights, event recaps)

Collaborate with the Systems & Marketing Director on creative campaigns and brand growth strategies

Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas to keep Crimson Heights relevant and community-focused

Manage community engagement (responding to comments/messages in brand voice)

Track performance metrics and report on engagement trends

Ensure all content aligns with Crimson Heights’ values, voice, and compliance standards

Work with clinical and admin teams to spotlight services, staff, and community involvement

Qualification

Required

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization

Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva)

Strong copywriting skills and understanding of platform-specific trends

Knowledge of social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager is a plus)

Ability to work onsite, collaborate directly with the Systems & Marketing Director, and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, education, or nonprofit marketing
