The Associate Director, Technical SEO will oversee the delivery of technical SEO work for clients, define objectives, and measure success while managing the workload of the delivery team. This role involves leading the development of technical SEO strategies and mentoring team members to enhance their capabilities.

Responsibilities

Help to shape and then oversee delivery of work for clients
Define the objectives of the work, and measure the success/impact, in line with overall SEO objectives and wider client-centric KPIs
Actively manage the workload of the delivery team to enable this
Generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach
Share successes across the practice
Using technical SEO knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful recommendations that outperform KPIs, on-time
Audit, develop and implement to enterprise and clients’ standards
Lead the development of the technical SEO roadmap for a large enterprise client, as well as prepare presentations for stakeholder buy-in
Act as a point of escalation for client teams, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time
Lead and mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge

Required

Strong technical SEO delivery knowledge and 5+ years of experience
Demonstrable success in optimizing technical SEO and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development
A good understanding about how other channels work and optimize together
A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning
Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated
