Entry, Mid LevelHTC Global Services is seeking a motivated Performance Testing Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of their applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize testing activities across various platforms and environments.

Responsibilities
Engage with application and product teams to execute performance and functional testing activities, including job execution, troubleshooting issues, writing and maintaining test scripts, managing defects and errors, and providing guidance on test execution and results analysis
Perform testing across multiple platforms and technologies, including Salesforce, AWS, and RedHat on AWS ROSA
Provide comprehensive testing services for applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and quality standards are met
Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automated testing solutions to support continuous delivery initiatives
Support and operate testing facilities and environments for different types of application testing, including rebuilding and maintaining test environments as scheduled
Lead testing efforts by collecting and maintaining evidence of testing activities, reviews, approvals, and results
Create and maintain testing artifacts such as test plans, test risk management plans, test data, repositories, and documentation that demonstrate testing coverage and outcomes
Adhere to established testing standards, processes, templates, and requirements, as well as data quality, data security, data management, and privacy standards
Record, report, and present test results, including conducting walkthroughs with stakeholders and documenting defect resolutions and corrective actions
Monitor and analyze production issues and incidents to continuously improve test models and overall testing effectiveness
Participate in coordinated testing events and execute performance testing aligned with Salesforce and organizational release schedules
Develop and maintain performance dashboards for product teams to support decision making and performance monitoring
Troubleshoot Salesforce environments and build, maintain, and support Salesforce System of Engagement test environments
Qualification
Required
Hands on experience with performance and testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Insomnia, Informatica, and related utilities
Experience working with mainframe environments and tools including Rumba and DB2 Client
Strong understanding of performance testing environments and supporting tools such as Putty, WinSCP, Control M, and ServiceNow
Familiarity with AWS and ROSA environments, Salesforce platforms, and mainframe systems
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
