Issue and distribute daily loan pricing
Confirm, accept, and manage rate locks from Retail
Monitor locked loan pipelines and perform necessary changes or rate extensions
Communicate investor guidelines, pricing policies, and delivery requirements to internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to pipeline rate lock policies to maintain profitability in varying market conditions
Collaborate with internal departments to support secondary market operations
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and qualitative data
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
