Senior client relationships, from day-to-day marketing leaders to the C-suite
Integrated work spanning brand, digital, social, and traditional media
High-performing teams across the U.S. and Canada—mentoring, hiring, and developing top talent
Project delivery excellence: scope, resourcing, timelines, and quality
Financial partnership including scoping, budgeting, and performance reporting
Business growth through strong partnerships, reviews, and new opportunities
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading complex, multi-channel creative work
A portfolio that proves you know what breakthrough creative looks like
Confidence leading senior clients and executive conversations
Strong command of agency operations, production, and analytics
Clear, decisive leadership in fast-moving environments
Willingness to travel across the U.S. and Canada
Preferred
Experience with GenAI tools and emerging creative technologies
