Responsibilities
Build, support and optimize Epic Hospital Billing (HB) applications
Analyze revenue cycle workflows and operational requirements
Configure Epic HB functionality including claims, charge router and payer rules
Provide day-to-day application support and issue resolution
Partner with the Service Desk on escalated support needs
Create and maintain workflow and system documentation
Support implementations, upgrades and go-live activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance
Deliver training and education to end-users as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years supporting healthcare revenue cycle applications
Strong Epic Hospital Billing (HB) experience
Ability to manage medium to high-complexity assignments independently
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working directly with operational stakeholders
