Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions

Create actionable insights and provide strategic analysis to senior leadership and board members

Design and manage data pipelines, architecture, and data sets across multiple systems

Utilize visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to make complex data understandable and impactful

Support automation and digitization initiatives to streamline manual business processes

Integrate new data tools and systems with Astro Pak’s ERP and CRM platforms

Explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning for business growth

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a data-driven culture and ensure alignment on data priorities

Must be able to comply with the U.S. Export Control Laws
