Qualification
Required
Experience handling personal injury cases from start to finish
Ability to supervise and train support staff
Strong negotiation skills with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Exceptional client service skills
Ability to manage a heavy and complex case-load
Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages
Draft and file legal documents needed in pre-litigation
