Tip Top Capital is seeking an Independent Sales Broker specializing in Merchant Cash Advances (MCA) to help small and mid-sized businesses secure alternative financing solutions. The role involves generating leads, assessing funding needs, and connecting clients with MCA lenders while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and build relationships with business owners seeking funding
Assess businesses’ financials, cash flow, and funding needs to determine eligibility for MCA products
Present and explain MCA options, terms, and repayment structures clearly to clients
Submit funding applications to lending partners on behalf of clients
Follow up with clients and lenders to ensure timely approval and funding
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and funding submissions
Achieve individual sales targets and commission goals
Stay informed on industry trends, MCA products, and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, small business lending, or related fields
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of business financials and cash flow analysis is a plus
Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with high earning potential
Access to a network of small and mid-sized business owners is highly desirable
