Responsibilities

Drive your own success with a carefully curated ICP list, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close. On day one you’ll have your list of targets and all the tools you’ll need to win
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned target segment
Hold discovery, demo, and negotiation calls to close new business
Build your book of business with significant autonomy and support
Leverage our strong reputation – our product is so valued that customers often bring us with them to new organizations
Learn from a manager who knows how to win

Required

2+ years of experience in full cycle sales
Highly competitive- hates to lose more than loves to win
Experience utilizing Linkedin Sales Navigator
Verifiable sales success working at a start-up and/or growth stage companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Constant situational awareness
You are not a run-of-the-mill sales person. You think outside the box and do whatever it takes to get deals done
You know when it's time to measure twice and cut once vs. eye it-- we have a bias towards action and do not want strategy getting in the way of progress
A pure hunter who is not going to wait for leads to be handed to them
Comfortable with uncertainty and can thrive in a tight-knit, independent team without needing much guidance
Creative thinker. Intelligent. Analytical. Possesses strong business acumen

Preferred

Familiarity with selling a usage-based model
A network that includes Heads of IT you can tap into
