Responsibilities
Advocate for employees facing workplace challenges
Contribute to meaningful legal outcomes
Independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Washington or California
At least 7 years of experience handling FEHA cases, employment law matters, including harassment and discrimination
Ability to independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution
Strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Experience representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Preferred
Familiarity with additional employment law areas such as wage & hour or wrongful termination
Collaborative, compassionate, and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client advocacy
