Pacific School of Religion is seeking an Executive Director for the Kwaray & PSR Collective. This role provides visionary leadership and operational excellence to grow and sustain PSR's digital platform ecosystem, overseeing the development of Kwaray and PSRC to ensure their success and alignment with the institution's mission.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to grow and sustain PSR's digital platform ecosystem
Lead to continued development and expansion of Kwaray, a platform-as-a-service designed to help theological institutions reimagine education through technology innovation, institutional collaboration, and spiritual formation
Provide strategic oversight and coordination of PSRC, PSR's public-facing learning platform, ensuring its success as both a model and marketplace
Lead B2B partner acquisition, manage cross-functional teams (sales, tech, content), and work closely with the Director of PSRC and Marketing to drive revenue and learner growth
Ensure both platform and mission remain aligned
Play a key leadership role in advancing PSR's bold commitment to reshape theological education for a new generation
