They are seeking a Site Services Technician I to perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of critical site infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity at the Copper World project.

Responsibilities
Execute maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks for all site infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and building structures
Perform preventative maintenance checks and services to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of critical systems
Respond promptly to and resolve emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests
Ensure all work adheres strictly to company safety protocols and quality standards
Assist the Supervisor with managing inventory by monitoring the stock of parts, tools, and supplies
Enforce company safety policies and procedures in all work activities
Perform all duties in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Participate in regular safety audits and toolbox talks as required by the Supervisor
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including completed tasks, inspections, and repairs
Work collaboratively with the team of technicians and maintenance staff, following direction and delegated tasks from the Supervisor
Communicate technical issues, required repairs, and work progress clearly to the Supervisor and other relevant personnel
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Demonstrated experience in a hands-on maintenance or facilities role (based on related Supervisor requirements)
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Required to operate a motor vehicle, including company vehicles, and must possess a current and valid driver's license
Must have reliable personal transportation to the site location
Preferred
A technical degree or relevant certification (e.g., HVAC, electrical license) is highly preferred
Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is a plus
Current MSHA certification is a preferred qualification
