Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to capture current-state processes

Analyze and document business requirements for Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing (Mfg)

Provide insights on JD Edwards ERP standard practices and benchmarks

Identify process gaps and propose solutions aligned with JDE capabilities

Develop functional and technical solution designs for JDE assuming that the baseline implementation exists for new companies to be onboarded

Ensure scalability, compliance, and integration with other enterprise systems

Help to facilitate creation of an RFP document for client outlining scope, functional specifications, and technical requirements

Include evaluation criteria, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

Design integration patterns for JDE with third-party systems

Ensure seamless data flow across modules and external applications

Prepare detailed functional specifications, test plans, and training materials

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for implementation and support teams
