Enterprise Contact Center Senior Representative (Annuities)

Securian Financial Group is seeking a Senior Representative for their Enterprise Contact Center to support their Annuity business line. The role requires a FINRA Series 6 licensed professional to provide expert customer service and support for annuity products, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while navigating regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, timely and accurate responses from simple to complex annuity inquiries
Explain and resolve policy or account issues for customers and channel partners
Support both fixed/indexed annuities and variable products
Navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent customer experience
Meet or exceed contact center performance metrics while upholding Securian's quality standards
Handle 35-50 customer interactions daily across multiple channels

Required

Active FINRA Series 6 license
Strong customer service mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Self-motivated, punctual and dependable
High level of reliability, trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
Technical proficiency: ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining effective customer engagement
Strong typing skills and computer literacy
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner with strong knowledge retention
Meets technical requirements for remote work (bandwidth and system specifications)

Preferred

Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
Background servicing annuity or life insurance accounts (new business and/or in-force)
Interest in career progression to Specialist / SME Support or leadership roles within the Contact Center
