Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of land acquisition opportunities
Partner with senior leaders to present land deals
Identify acquisition opportunities through contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses
Ability to prepare, interpret and present statistical market analyses
Maintain a valid driver's license
