Qualification
Required
BS Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of ConnDOT inspection or related highway construction experience
PE License in Connecticut
Ability to interpret written specifications, plans, and construction documents
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and inspectors
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software, and the ability to learn applicable time reporting and budgeting programs
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
