Sales Manager
Giannotti and Associates is a national sales and distribution subsidiary of US Health Group, operating in the health insurance sector. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales directives, develop sales strategies, conduct market research, and maintain customer relationships to meet sales goals.

Identify new business opportunities
Utilize lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings
Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a related industry
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
High Personal Integrity and Character
Accountable and Coachable Team Player
Excellent analytical skills for assessing customer needs and market conditions
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus but not required
