Home Health Director of Operations
Health Link Home Health Agency is excited to announce a fantastic management opportunity for a Home Health Director of Operations. In this role, you will lead and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of the agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while collaborating with dedicated clinical and office staff.

Responsibilities
Managing and mentoring a team which included the Clinical Manager and Other Department Managers/Supervisors
Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with business objectives
Leading operational projects and change initiatives
Ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Link’s core values
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access
Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses
Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations
Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets
Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team
Qualification
Required
Experience in multi-department team management
Financial literacy and operations expertise
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and project management abilities
