This role involves serving as a subject matter expert, assisting with configuration and testing, and providing guidance to the accounting team during the transition to Business Central.

Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central during system implementation
Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Business Central modules
Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and process alignment during and after go-live
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into system functionality
Provide hands-on support and guidance to accounting and operations teams using Business Central
Help identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements
Support documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal users
Assist with post-implementation stabilization and optimization
Qualification
Required
Proven, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
Strong understanding of accounting and operational workflows within Business Central
Ability to step into an in-flight implementation and add immediate value
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with internal teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Preferred
Prior consulting or contract experience
