Finance Assistant - Corporate Headquarters
BayCare Clinic is a physician-owned entity providing specialty medical services, and they are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their Accounts Payable/Payroll team. This role involves administrative support, meeting coordination, and vendor maintenance to contribute to a positive experience for patients.

Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates meetings
Ensures minutes are properly recorded for department meetings
Assists Accounts Payable staff with scanning, filing, mailings and special projects
Sorts mail, coordinates calendars and provides administrative assistance for the department manager
Responsible for the department archives
Department contact for office supplies and equipment
Maintains accurate vendor maintenance
Respects and maintains confidentiality
Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in MS Office is required
Preferred
AAS in business or related field preferred
Extensive experience in lieu of education will be considered
