Responsibilities

Providing internal operations support for the assigned Shared Services team(s)

Developing and maintaining team shared services analytics to effectively and efficiently measure performance

Enabling the team to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions for internal partners

Serving as the liaison between Shared Services and other HR service delivery lines to include the COEs and other HR Shared Services partners

Providing employee and management counseling

Assisting in the interpretation of Human Resource policies and procedures

Taking a proactive approach to identifying HR issues and providing detailed options for resolving problems

Bachelor's Degree

Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience
