Assistant Product & Marketing Operations
Panoramic Doors™ is seeking an Assistant Product & Marketing Operations Manager who will serve as the go-to product expert and drive marketing execution. This role involves supporting sales teams, managing trade show participation, conducting market research, and coordinating outreach programs.

Responsibilities
Be our Product Expert & Trainer , supporting sales teams, reps, installers, and partners
Plan and manage trade show participation from start to finish
Conduct market and competitive research and share insights with leadership
Organize and help develop AIA presentations and architectural outreach programs
Coordinate plant visits and site tours for installers, designers, and architects
Capture and organize photos and videos of installations and finished projects
Plan and support rep events and customer-facing marketing initiatives
Execute mailing campaigns and manage marketing materials
Send mass text communications to support sales and marketing efforts
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a blended role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, architectural products, construction, or building materials
