Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Architecture and the ability to create and review comprehensive construction drawings
Proficiency in Project Coordination and preparation of submittals
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) practices and principles
Experience with construction processes and sustainable design initiatives
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field
Preferred
Licensure in Architecture or on the path to licensure is preferred
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
