Responsibilities

Lead Quality Improvement Projects Portfolio: Oversee the Quality project portfolio, facilitating improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Identify potential risks to the project's success and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Implement Quality Improvement Strategies: Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to optimize quality processes
Manage Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to align project goals
Monitor Quality Metrics: Track and report key quality metrics to senior management. Ensure project deliverables are met
Develop Quality Documentation: Create and maintain documentation to support quality improvements and ensure process consistency
Train and Mentor Staff: Educate employees on quality improvement initiatives and new quality processes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
3 to 5 years in quality engineering, continuous improvement, or a similar role, with project management experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools such as Lean and Six Sigma

Preferred

Preference in the cosmetic, food, pharma, or ingredients industry
