Responsibilities
Manage and execute outbound marketing sequences across LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day, focusing on MPC calls and Open Opportunity calls
Conduct market research to continually fill and maintain a strong outbound funnel
Speak confidently with business leaders about who we are, what we do, and how we support clients
Schedule high-quality meetings for the President and/or Practice Manager
Bring relevant market data and insights to daily internal meetings
Use established systems and processes to track outreach, activities, and results
Once proven in the role, begin attending sales meetings to learn the full sales process
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and comfortable following structured, planned activities
Strong research skills and curiosity to understand trends and identify new prospects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak professionally to leaders and decision-makers
Confident, consistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow inside a high-performance environment
A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to bringing value daily
