Handling cases from early investigation through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Working directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Participating in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Attorneys with civil litigation experience, particularly in professional liability, general liability, or premises liability
Ability to manage active civil litigation matters
Experience handling cases from early investigation through resolution
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience working directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Experience participating in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Strong judgment and reliability
Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles
Ability to receive and act on direct and timely feedback
Ability to manage matters effectively
