Responsibilities

Provide planning, development, organization, monitoring, oversight and delivery of services and projects. Develops quality deliverables including codes, unit tests, and support documentation
Provide application architectural and big picture oversight for development of new or enhanced technology solutions
Assists architect in the technical design and other team members with their development efforts. Technical support through Development, Testing, and Deployment phases of projects
Reviews documents, processes or procedures, and recommends where automation or improvements can be implemented
Ensures that all supported systems and applications maintain the availability standard
Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

Required

A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of information security, software development, database systems and information technology concepts
Strong knowledge of IDM industry standards
Awareness and understanding of IDM products in the market
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Leadership and organizational skills
Experience managing teams including architects, developers, QA, consultants etc., in large cross-functional team setting and large complex project scope
Strong enterprise technology experience involving J2EE stack, PCF cloud-based architecture, DB Modeling
Experience in implementing IDM use cases like Identity processing, Access request, Access certification, Approval workflows, Provisioning connectors (like AD, LDAP, Exchange) etc

Preferred

Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, SANS, etc
