Responsibilities
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing repairs in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements
Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins by completing inspections, punch lists, coordinating vendors, securing materials, and ensuring quality make-ready completion
Manage tools, equipment, and inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and reporting re-order needs
Maintain accurate documentation and service request records in a timely manner
Assist with upkeep of grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning, pressure washing, trash removal, and painting
Support cost-control efforts by repairing when possible, minimizing waste, and using tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Plumbing experience required
Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
Incumbents must have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling. (Applies to Certified Service Technicians.)
Incumbents must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. (Applies to all Service Technicians.)
Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property depending on the property size, if applicable
