Franchise Support Coordinator
JEI Learning Centers, LLC is a global leader in supplementary education, dedicated to enhancing the lives of children through high-quality educational environments. They are seeking a Franchise Support Coordinator who will assist new and existing franchisees by providing support and training, addressing business concerns, and facilitating communication between franchisees and the company.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to new and existing franchisees through case management, ensuring timely resolution to their inquiries
Deliver franchise related support and training
Address business concerns/issues
Facilitate smooth communication between franchisees and the company
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with franchise partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relay information and resolve inquiries
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proven customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and ensuring satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or related office software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in franchise operations or a related field preferred-related industries is a plus
Prior experience in the field of education a plus
