Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new K–12 district partnerships through phone outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Special Education Directors, HR leaders, and district administrators
Manage all sales activity within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of pipelines, opportunities, and follow-ups
Consult districts on staffing trends, market insights, and service models to support short- and long-term needs
Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure candidate profiles and submittals align with district requirements
Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle, from needs analysis and candidate interviews through offer negotiation and onboarding
Participate in renewal discussions and account growth strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Education Staffing, with a background in both Account Management and Business Development
Proven success working within long sales cycles and relationship-based selling environments
Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to build trust and translate information clearly
High level of grit, resilience, and adaptability
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
