Responsibilities
Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement documents
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
Maintain case management systems and track important deadlines
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings
Review of medical records, draft medical summaries and medical-legal letters, schedule expert evaluations
Gathering records, preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, managing case files, filing paperwork, preparing for hearings for Social Security claims
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in New Jersey workers' compensation law (petitioner or respondent)
Strong knowledge of state workers' comp procedures and court filing requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
