Qualification
Required
Proven experience and billings, working as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant
Excellent candidate and client control skills
Effective relationship-builder, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong administrative skills – extremely organised
Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
Winning and retaining New Business with clients across the US
The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
Strong candidate management and candidate experience
