C1 is a company that provides services at Disneyworld, Downtown Disney and Disney Resort. They are seeking a Field Services Engineer who will be responsible for performing MAC phone requests and repairs, ensuring customer support, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

Have working knowledge to perform regular type of MAC phone requests and phone repairs on Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel CSE1000 PBX systems, and Avaya Messaging

Be available to work a flexible schedule for supporting the customer Monday thru Saturday 8AM-5PM shift and could be moved to a 5-day shift within these days

Supply common telecommunications tools

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong familiarity with onsite equipment including Cisco Call Manager, Nortel, PBX Systems

Excellent client facing and customer service skills

Willingness to travel to sites near to Anaheim, CA

Ability to work well with team members including Team Lead and possibly the Field Operations Manager

Highly organized and able to keep detailed and accurate records for time reporting and billing purposes
