Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, networking, and cloud systems
Maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory
Install and configure firewalls, VPNs, access points, and switches in production
Monitor client systems using RMM tools and maintain accurate documentation
Conduct client assessments and make actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
2–5 years IT support, systems admin, or field service experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Experience with backup/disaster recovery and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
