Responsibilities
Operate the cash register
Achieve merchandise sales goals
Provide outstanding customer service
Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section
Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines
Maintain a clean and well-organized layout
Practice security measures that help prevent theft
Outbound shipping and Inbound shipment receiving
Help control inventory shortage
Stockroom Organization
Practice safety consciousness at all times
Qualification
Required
Flexible schedule daily from 9:30am-9pm
High school diploma
Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs
Standing for extended period of time
Preferred
Retail experience preferred
