Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities and playtime
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Support the development of children's social and emotional skills
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Help prepare classroom materials and resources as needed
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in early childhood education preferred
Must possess a genuine love for working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of child development principles
Flexibility to work part-time morning hours
Background check clearance required
Preferred
Experience in early childhood education preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
