UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Program Manager to support the Women’s Health Service Line. The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative leadership and direction of the program, supervising doulas across UPMC and managing both clinical and administrative issues.

Responsibilities

Oversee, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day functions of the program. Manage both clinical and administrative issues related to service delivery with other Program staff

Manage programmatic issues related to all services. Monitor and manage all cases that are either entering or are currently in services

Manage and oversee the flow of clinical paperwork related to service delivery

Work collaboratively with Administrators to develop and expand the program to meet the needs of the target population as it corresponds to the overall vision of UPMC

Develops, monitors, and maintains the Program within the proposed budget

Conducts all hiring, promotions, and disciplinary action for program staff in collaboration with Leadership

Provides or coordinates effective group training and individual supervision for program staff
