Qualification
Required
Mid-level experience in irrigation or related field
Self-motivation and eagerness to learn
Ability to handle tools confidently
Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical issues
Safe navigation of a work truck
Dependability and initiative
Comfortable using hand tools like shovels, screwdrivers, pliers, channel locks, and saws
Ability to perform basic electrical diagnostics
Positive attitude even in challenging situations
Enjoyment of community involvement and family time
