In this role, you’ll be instrumental in safeguarding the quality and consistency of high-performance beauty products, supporting Quality Control efforts across all stages of product development and production.

Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and support with color submissions for complexion and color products. Conduct side-by-side assessments against master standards and competitive benchmarks
Partner with suppliers and labs to assess and approve production batches in alignment with IL MAKIAGE’s quality standards
Travel to contract manufacturers and lab partners for formula checks, shade evaluations, and live production reviews
Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product launches, reorders, and continuous quality
Develop and execute testing protocols to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across global markets
Support ongoing innovation and special initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and uncompromising standards

Ability to safeguard the quality and consistency of high-performance beauty products
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Results-driven and willing to learn new things
