Responsibilities
File Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) requests through the DOL FLAG system
Assist with full PERM labor certification preparation
Track PERM case timelines and respond to DOL correspondence and audits
Help prepare and file EB-3 I-140s
Manage client communications throughout the process
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a PERM Immigration Paralegal
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable managing multiple cases independently
Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Appreciates accountability and clarity
Thrives in a team-first culture
Ability to focus and check work to ensure zero mistakes
Experience filing Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) requests through the DOL FLAG system
Experience assisting with full PERM labor certification preparation
Ability to track PERM case timelines and respond to DOL correspondence and audits
Experience preparing and filing EB-3 I-140s
Ability to manage client communications throughout the process
