Responsibilities
Assist with the design of 5-10 projects at a time, including residential, commercial, and subdivision projects, including grading plans, drainage, paving, water main and sewers, and prepare storm water management reports
Perform CAD drafting for a variety of civil engineering and land surveying projects
Support the Senior/Lead Project Manager with weekly task lists and daily priorities. Such as preparing plans, conducting surveys, designing, and calculating for permitting
Conduct initial research, including using GIS sites to prepare base maps and set out the initial plan for the PM
Communicate with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and others as appropriate to the project
Qualification
Required
0–4 years of experience; recent Engineer grads are welcome. An internship is a plus
Must have graduated with an accredited degree in Engineering
Must be an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with aspirations to achieve PE status in Wisconsin
Experience with Civil 3D required, training is available for AutoCAD/HydroCAD
