Senior Financial Relationship Consultant

Responsibilities
Develop Client Relationships – Establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships through proactive outreach, high-touch engagement, and exceptional service delivery for consumer clients
High Touch Client Service (Entire Firm) – Deliver exceptional client service for all clients within Consumer, Private Bank and Commercial lines of businesses
Regularly review investment portfolio and asset allocation strategy with clients – Work closely with Financial Advisor, Relationship Banking Specialists and Private Banking teams
Lead client and prospect calls (~30% of time), provide financial strategy, comprehensive support for savings plans, investment strategy and overall banking products and services
Originate Consumer Lending Solutions – Identify lending needs, complete loan applications, conduct preliminary credit analysis, and facilitate the lending process for consumer customers
Originate Consumer Deposit Accounts – Identify banking needs, complete all appropriate account analysis, documentation and regulatory compliance
Manage Banking Transactions & Account Services – Process deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and other banking transactions with >99.5% accuracy; open new accounts and ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, AML)
Educate Clients on Banking Products – Explain complex financial concepts clearly, conduct Financial Discovery to determine client needs and answer client questions about various consumer banking solutions
Identify Cross-Engagement Opportunities – Analyze active client relationships, identify complementary products and services, and collaborate with Financial Advisors, Relationship Banking Specialists, Private Client Advisors and other partners to expand client relationships
Conduct Proactive Customer Outreach – Make regular phone calls to existing and prospect customers, schedule follow-up meetings, and implement high-touch engagement strategies to build relationships
Maintain Accurate System Documentation – Log all activities in Salesforce, Alloscape, Connected Teller Pershing, and other systems with 100% accuracy; ensure timely and complete data entry for all client interactions and transactions
Support Regulatory & Compliance Requirements – Ensure adherence to banking regulations, complete legal documentation, implement KYC and AML procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Partner With Internal Teams – Coordinate with multiple business lines, departments, and specialists to deliver holistic solutions and identify cross-functional business opportunities
Participate in Community Engagement Activities – Assist with community awareness events, represent Texas Capital Bank in community initiatives, and identify business development opportunities through community involvement
Manage Multiple Concurrent Priorities – Effectively juggle competing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Support Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement – Assist with system updates, identify process improvements, perform administrative duties as assigned, and contribute to organizational initiatives directed by management
Qualification
Required
Must obtain a FINRA Series 65 License within first 90 days of employment
Work will be performed at an assigned Texas Capital Bank Financial Center locations (Dallas, Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Richardson, Plano, or San Antonio) in a professional business environment with regular interaction with customers and internal teams
Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday during business hours. Must be available to work Saturdays, occasional evening client meetings, and periodic community event participation as required by business needs

Adhere to Banking Regulations and Compliance Requirements – Understand and comply with all banking regulations applicable to your role and responsibilities
Complete Required Regulatory Training – Complete all mandated regulatory and compliance training in a timely manner and maintain current certifications
Maintain Strict Confidentiality of Customer Information – Protect customer data and maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information at all times
Follow Data Security Protocols and Report Security Concerns – Use secure systems and processes consistently, and report any security concerns immediately to management
Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Protocols – Understand and comply with all AML regulations, procedures, and suspicious activity reporting requirements
Actively Seek Feedback and Professional Development Opportunities – Pursue continuous learning, seek constructive feedback, stay current with industry developments, and contribute to team effectiveness
Identify and Contribute to Process Improvements – Identify operational inefficiencies and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives directed by management
Position requires multi-phone-line and computer-based work with regular use of multiple banking systems and tools. Must maintain proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and other designated banking platforms
Position requires extended periods at computer workstation, comfortable standing and moving about the office, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and physical capability to perform financial center operations and community event participation
