Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional software development programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define program scope, architecture, and milestones
Drive execution across multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans
Champion best practices in software development, DevOps, and program governance to ensure operational excellence
Track and communicate program health, status, and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across teams
Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to the evolution of program management practices within the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex software systems at scale
Solid foundation in software engineering, with hands-on experience or deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern development practices
Proven ability to lead Agile programs involving multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to VP and C-level audiences
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards for tracking and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Option 2: 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Preferred
Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design
