Responsibilities

Execute documented pricing strategy process across lifecycle mapping, portfolio role assignment, GTN target setting, and segmentation
Develop comprehensive brand strategies with detailed customer-level guidance across the portfolio
Apply deep understanding of competitive dynamics and channel economics to tailor pricing and incentives for growth and margin protection
Monitor market and GTN performance; recommend timely adjustments; deliver insights to leadership
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Promotions, and Customer Operations to operationalize strategies and communicate changes

Required

Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related; advanced degree preferred
5+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or related roles, ideally in animal health/pharma/regulated industries; strong analytical and communication skills
Financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation; competitive and market assessment; stakeholder influence; ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools
