Responsibilities
Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information
Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.)
Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes
Qualification
Required
A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses
An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred
1-3 years in commercial real estate
